I started Plano Roof Repair Pros back in 2011, after years working for a big Dallas roofing company. Day after day, I watched homeowners get treated like job numbers on a spreadsheet. Calls went unanswered, crews showed up late—or not at all—and repairs were rushed so we could move on to the next claim.
That never sat right with me.
I grew up here in Plano. I played football at Plano Senior High. My dad was a carpenter off 14th Street, and I learned early that your name is only as good as your word and your workmanship. In 2011, I left the big company, picked up my tools, and started a small, family-run crew focused on Plano and the surrounding communities.
